We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

Originalreed Returns must be approved before being sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom, made‑to‑order, or print‑on‑demand items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Because many of our products are printed specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns for sizing or preference issues. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Additional Notes

  • Color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
